How to reserve your date
Every arrangement begins with a direct conversation between us, in writing or by voice, so that we can get to know each other and shape the time you have in mind together. You will not find fixed price lists, automated forms or calendars where you simply choose a slot: every experience is tailored and deserves individual attention. What we agree on is the time: one amount for the full period you reserve. Exactly the same conditions apply to couples.
Everything you need to know about confidentiality and how our messages are handled can be found on the page about discretion.
Reserved time and the deposit
Once you choose a date or period, it is no longer available to anyone else. The payment of a deposit is therefore what turns our conversation into a confirmed commitment and reserves that time exclusively for you.
The amount of the deposit depends on the duration:
- For a short meeting, a couple of hours at your hotel or at your place, no deposit is required.
- For an evening or a night together, the deposit is five per cent.
- For a full day or a weekend, the deposit is ten per cent.
- For a period of three days up to one week, the deposit is twenty-five per cent.
- From the eighth day onwards, the deposit is fifty per cent.
When a deposit applies, it is an initial payment towards the total. The remaining balance is settled when we meet, at the time you prefer.
Before sending any money, you can check that you are genuinely speaking with me on the official channels page.
Deposit and balance
The deposit is normally paid by Bizum or bank transfer, and if you are already on the island we agree together on the simplest way. In particular cases, money transfer services such as Ria, Western Union or MoneyGram can also be used. Any fees charged by the service you choose are paid by the sender.
We agree together on how the balance is settled, and you choose when: either when I arrive or at the end of our time together.
Expenses
The agreed costs for the logistics, as well as any expenses incurred during our time together, are your responsibility.
This applies both here in the Canaries and when we travel. If I buy a ticket or make a booking myself, you still cover the cost.
Changes to the date or duration
If your plans change, you can change the date of our meeting once without losing what you have already paid. We can agree on a new date together within two months.
If, before our meeting, you would like to shorten the duration originally agreed, the deposit already paid is deducted from the total for the new duration.
Cancelling your booking
You are free to cancel your booking at any time.
The refund of the deposit depends on when you cancel:
If you cancel within the first twenty-four hours after paying the deposit, I will refund half of the amount immediately. After that period, or if our meeting begins before those twenty-four hours have passed, the deposit remains with me. Changing the date does not restart this period; it applies only to the original booking.
If I have to cancel due to circumstances beyond my control, I will refund the deposit in full, plus compensation equal to ten per cent of the deposit, with a minimum of one hundred euros and a maximum of five hundred.
Ending our time together early
If I have to end our time together early, I will refund the amount corresponding to the remaining time, plus the same compensation of ten per cent of the deposit, with a minimum of one hundred euros and a maximum of five hundred.
If, instead, you need to end our time together early, what happens to the remaining time depends on where we are:
Meetings in Gran Canaria. The time you reserved remains yours. There is no cash refund, but we can meet again and spend those remaining hours together on another date, to be arranged within two months.
Meetings outside Gran Canaria. When the meeting takes place on another island or outside the Canaries, the days involved and all the associated logistics are reserved exclusively for our time together. In this case the experience closes there, and a future meeting starts from a new booking.
Travel and logistics
For meetings that require travelling within the Canary Islands, we normally start from a full day, and an evening is the minimum format; outside the Canaries the minimum duration is two days. In both cases travel time counts in full as part of the time booked, and for more distant destinations the minimum increases, with the exact duration agreed together before confirming.
Sometimes a trip that looks short on paper calls for disproportionate logistics, because of timetables, connections or what is available on that particular day. In those cases we look at the actual situation and find together the arrangement that makes the meeting possible.
We arrange the logistics together around your needs. I normally organise my own travel and let you know the exact cost. Once I have received the corresponding amount, I book the tickets and confirm the booking with you. If you would rather handle the logistics yourself or arrange a private transfer, we can agree every detail in whichever way suits you best.
Extending our time together
If, during our meeting, you would like to extend our time beyond the duration originally agreed, we will agree the additional amount together.
I have set out these details so that the practical side is clear and can remain in the background. Once everything is in place, the practicalities no longer need your attention, and your time returns to the centre of things.
